VoiceThread is a fantastic application to use with students! The teacher may create questions or discussion topics for students to then record their voices responding to the questions. Text can also be added for others to read what was said. One down-side is that the free addition has limited accounts, with a subscription more accounts may be added. Mrs. Caron, one of our teachers, found away to work around the limited number of accounts, by having multiple students at each table record under the same account.
